Our systems are designed to be passive. We only collect information that is explicitly provided by you or required for network security:

• Direct Correspondence: Email addresses and message contents sent to hello@jinovasystems.com.
• Infrastructure Logs: Basic access logs (IP address, User-Agent) retained briefly by our edge providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Vercel) for DDoS protection and performance monitoring.

02. Usage of Data

We process data solely for operational purposes:

• To respond to inbound inquiries and support requests.
• To maintain the security, uptime, and reliability of our infrastructure.

03. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not maintain a marketing database. Correspondence is archived in our secure email provider. You may request the permanent deletion of your communication history at any time by contacting us directly.
